1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the TVM Terminal web interface (tvmterminal.com), querying REST APIs (/v1/*), connecting to our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server (/mcp), or ingesting RSS/changes streams, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a financial institution, hedge fund, university, or corporation, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Quantitative Telemetry & Non-Financial Advice Disclaimer
TVM Terminal is not a registered financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment management firm. All telemetry outputs — including the Virality Momentum Score (VMS), Political Momentum (M_pol), Trade Sentiment Momentum (TSM), and break-out alerts — are generated purely algorithmically for empirical research, media monitoring, and trend analysis.
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, or prediction contract. Past momentum performance is not indicative of future market outcomes.
3. API Quotas & Acceptable Use Policy
When using our REST, WebSocket, and MCP endpoints, you agree NOT to:
- Exceed stated tier rate limits or attempt to bypass Cloudflare edge rate limiting using IP rotation or botnets.
- Resell, white-label, or redistribute raw API feeds without an active Enterprise Commercial License.
- Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) tests against our Anycast edge infrastructure without prior written authorization.
- Inject malicious payloads into support ticket or lead submission endpoints.
4. Proprietary Algorithms & Intellectual Property
The mathematical formulas, Bot Shield penalty algorithms (B_shield), Jaccard similarity weighting thresholds, visual UI gauge designs, and software codebases powering TVM Terminal are the proprietary intellectual property of the TVM Telemetry Research Group.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
TVM Terminal is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Kingdom and internationally, TVM Telemetry Research Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall our liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
